„THE GLOW UP SERIES“

"What we do to others we do to ourself. Romanticising nature

is rooted in the early creation of supernatural imagery. As we falsely

like to understand ourself outside or above nature, we fail to see us

suffering the same dominance and curation towards our own (female)

 body and nature."

„The Glow Up Series“ creates a metaphorical channel around the

imagery of inner and outer landscapes - a platform to host the longing

for constant optimization, curated by social media and art-history.

In this form my work examines the influence of the idealized image

on the manifestation of (personal) nature.
