The window pictures present themselves in an everyday technique, which puts the ideas about the presentation of art and artistic work to discussion. The intuitive language of form and the contrasting color surfaces of the Windowcolor drawings revive childhood memories and thus offer identification possibilities for a broad public beyond artistic professional practice. On the threshold between "inside and outside", the work opens up the dialogue between art and everyday life. Walkers* who have little contact with art may be tempted to smile, and those who linger longer may find the hidden statements and questions such as "Art makes the others?", which are dynamically inscribed in the drawings as free text and provoke the questioning of one's own claims regarding creative work.
